What personal information do we process?
As a respondent you contribute to market research. We organize market research for companies and organizations who want to know what consumers think of their products and/or services. We do this by telephone, online and in one-to-one or panel sessions with respondents. In addition, when approaching potential respondents, and when you visit our website, we process personal data. This could include the following personal information:

  • Your name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your address, your telephone number and your email address
  • Your gender
  • Photos and videos from market research where you participate
  • Answers to questions from surveys in which you participate
  • Information about your visit to our (mobile) website and app, including the URL, IP address, browser type, language, date, time and duration of your visit
  • Information about your interests and preferences as a user of our (mobile) website, app, products and services
  • Financial information relating to the payment of fees for participation in surveys

In case of a request for removal, we will delete the personal data as soon as possible, unless and to the extent that the law requires us to keep the personal data if there are other compelling reasons to oppose removal. We will send you after the execution of a removal request a confirmation message. If we have not (partially) removed, we will send you a message in which we explain why we could not (fully) meet your request.
